I am Filing a Bankruptcy

I have really been considering making myself an appointment with an Arizona Bankruptcy Lawyer. After all, I just got off the phone with one of my creditors. They told me that they were going to have to take me to court if I could not pay my bill. I just cannot imagine why I would not pay the bill if they did not have the money. Apparently, this is something that they do not understand. This is a disaster for me.
