Co-worker told me about Payday Loan

Things have been difficult for me financially the last couple of months and I need to find a way to get some cash to pay an important bill. I cannot be late on this bill, so I need to find the money in the next couple of days. My co-worker told me to try and get a payday loan because they are quick. This sounds like something I may be interested in, but I want to look into it more.
