The use of business bank consultants is regrettably on the rise by commercial borrowers because of the growing difficulty in arranging working capital loans, commercial mortgages and other routine business financing. It is simply not the same banking system that your grandfather and grandmother grew up with so different strategies are necessary. Today this is especially true given that banks seem determined to use the funds given to them in a taxpayer bailout for almost any other use than commercial loans for small businesses. In the good news part of this development, business bank consultants are helping to identify new and better funding sources.
