An Excellent Deal

My friend Ken had a chance to move to an awesome new apartment that would never be on the market for long. He had to make a quick decision, but he needed some extra money in order to place a security deposit on the apartment. he applied for one of those payday loans because he knew that he would get the money that he needed quickly. He was able to place the security deposit on the apartment in order to secure it.
