A Good Time to Buy a Home

I arrived at the house that I wanted to buy at the same time as the realtor that was supposed to be showing me the house. I was glad that I did not have to wait around as I was so very excited. I went into the house behind the realtor. She told me that the Current FHA Mortgage rates were very low, so it was a great time to buy. I did not let her know that I already knew that.
