First Time Buyer?

If you are a first time home buyer then you will most likely be advised a ‘fixed rate’ mortgage by your mortgage advisor. Compared to ‘variable rate’ home mortgages that may fluctuate substantially, fixed interest rate mortgages will cost exactly the same each and every month for the duration of the term. In many cases banks offer a fixed rate for the initial 3 to 5 years. Once this period is up then your mortgage will automatically change to a variable rate mortgage so use a mortgage payment calculator canada to work out your monthly repayments. Make sure you shop around as banks are offering some good deals to attract customers.

Fraudulent Debts in the Bankruptcy

The discharge of credit card debt, usually the single biggest component of a debtor’s unsecured debt, is dependent on the transactions on the card being free of fraud.  The bankruptcy code excepts from discharge  debts incurred by fraud, false representations or false pretenses.

No one really sees their credit card useage as fraudulent.  In fact, they tend to see  available credit on a card as an asset, just like money in the bank, theirs to use as they will.  But it’s not.  It’s the cap on the amount the card issuer has agreed to lend, assuming your intention to pay it back.

Section 523(a)(2) of the Code gives creditors who contend their debt was incurred by fraud a 60 day period following the first meeting of the creditors to file a law suit in the Bankruptcy case challenging the discharge of the debt, or a portion of the debt.

Our Finances Improved after Refinancing our Home

Shortly after my husband returned from serving overseas, we ended up in a financial mess. I was laid off from my job and it took me almost 8 months to find a new one. We kept up on our payments but money was really tight and we went through all of our savings. We finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel when we heard about the new VA Refinance Rates. We could refinance and take cash out of the equity portion of our home to re-establish our savings account.

How to Find the Best Loans

There are many different types of home owner loans that you will be offered when you go to banks or private dealers, but which one is really the best for you. There are special people who’s job it is to give you the options and recommend the best ones. The reason I trust these people the most when I am looking for a secured homeowner loan is because I know their recommendations are not biased, so they will be honest with me. They do not profit and make comissions of their help, so I don’t have to be worried about being ripped off.

Maybe This Means Yes

When I first applied for a loan, I was so sure that I would be denied. I was so sure that I actually forgot that I had applied. But then I received a letter that told me that I needed to fill out a few papers, and sign the VA Loan Requirements sheet. Then they will tell me if I am approved. I am really excited and I hope that this means I have a good chance of getting the loan.

Retired Military Man Received Packet of Information Regarding Benefits

When my husband finally retired from the military, he received a packet of information explaining all of the benefits that he is entitled to because of his years of service. I had forgotten about the packet until we were discussing the idea of buying a home. I looked through the information and found a brochure entitled VA Loans Guidelines. I read through the information thoroughly and was sure that my husband would qualify for a low rate VA home loan.

New Television

I was talking to my daughter this afternoon and I mentioned to her that I was going to purchase myself a new television that would hang on the wall in my bedroom. My daughter did not hesitate to tell me about the charity online auctions. Apparently, whenever you purchase something from this particular online auction website, they will donate a portion of the proceeds to a charity. This makes me feel so much better about purchasing my new television set.

I Cannot Believe I Forget To Call

I was talking to my friend about a few houses that she wanted to buy and we started thinking about what I like in a house. But then I remembered that I was supposed to call the loan officer to ask about the VA Loan Requirements today! I cannot believe that I forgot to call. I hope that she can fit me in tomorrow so that I can get started if I can qualify. I really want a house too!

The Same Foreign Exchange Website

When it comes to foreign exchange, I always use one particular website. I’ve had lots of good experiences with them in the past, and I figure if you find a good thing, you should stick with it. That’s why I always fly the same airline, and why I stick with the same hotels when I travel. At least I do as much as possible! You also have to be flexible when you travel, and I can do that when I need to.
